Return & Refund Policy

Merchandise Purchases
All merchandise purchases are considered fundraising purchases that directly support our mission and programs. As a result, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection.

We will gladly replace an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include proof of purchase and a photo of the issue. Replacement items are subject to inventory availability. If a replacement is not available, a store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Monetary Contributions & Donations
All monetary contributions, donations, and sponsorships are final and non-refundable. Funds are immediately allocated to support our programs and services for qualified recipients.

If you believe a donation was made in error (such as duplicate transactions), please contact us within 7 days so we can review the situation.
